The Board of Trustees is a strategic body whose primary purpose is to uphold the school’s mission and support the Head of School.

The Statement of Responsibilities of the Board of Trustees states: “Each of us shares a profound obligation to exercise our best possible judgment as we face the often perplexing matters affecting the health and vitality of our school which we hold in trust for future generations. We accept the proposition that we should see ourselves individually and collectively as others see us, and pledge our best efforts to help the Board and the School to be all they are capable of being.”
